What if the light is not what is needed, not yet. For to only own the light you can never truly conquer the darkness, The way is not paved in gold nor is it paved in rubies or gem stones. Anything that is worth anything in this world you must fight for. Peace only comes after the battle is won. Save the light for when it is needed because now is not the time for light. There is too much darkness in the world and to fight darkness you must equal it with darkness. And once you have conquered that darkness you can thenTruly shine.

This headline is toxic af. Overthinking is an anxiety pattern, which is also a coping mechanism. Nobody can release negative energy. Besides is negative energy what grounds everyone to your body and to earth. Negative energy is needed to have life experience. This whole nonsense talk of people need to release something in order to feel good doesn't either work nor is realistic. Telling people to stop overthinking doesn't come from an understanding and supportive place. For stopping certain patterns you need to understand where when and why you worry and what you need to feel safe in the moment.

This is the best meditation I've ever come across, because it totally resonates with me. I have an overactive brain which makes it incredibly difficult for me to fall asleep, and stay asleep. I lie in bed, feeling depressed and angry, going over past traumas. I then worry about present problems, and how much worse they could become in the future. Thankfully, as I listen to this soothing meditation, I feel less weighed down by my emotional baggage.

I straighten up my back and hold my head up and WALK LIKE I MEAN IT. This is the line where my soul grows bigger everytime I listen to this meditation. 5:35
